White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Up to $100k Placements – Remote (Durban)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White‑Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team based in Durban. You will focus on placing senior lawyers with high‑value clients, handling deals ranging from $25 k to $100 k.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and engage senior lawyers for placement opportunities.
• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily and 5 hours of research and outreach.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (≈1 hour per day).
• Manage a pipeline of $25 k–$100 k deals and achieve monthly placement targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k–$1 m portfolios.
• Maintain and leverage a proprietary dataset of lawyers worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering partial US business hours.
• Strong communication skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Base salary of ZAR 35 k–40 k per month.
• 10 % commission on placements ranging from $25 k to $100 k.
