White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White‑Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on sourcing and placing senior lawyers for our clients, working primarily on UK business hours while supporting a high‑performing legal recruitment practice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify senior legal professionals through phone outreach, research and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from initial contact to interview coordination and placement.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and meet monthly placement targets aligned with commission structures.
• Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sourcing techniques.
• Collaborate with top billers handling deals ranging from $25 k to $100 k.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for phone and email outreach.
