White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White‑Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers and will work UK business hours, supporting a high‑volume pipeline of $25k‑$100k placement deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Spend 5 hours each day researching and prospecting new lawyer contacts.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings and team collaboration.
• Manage a personal pipeline of high‑value placements and achieve monthly placement targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to UK hours (10:00‑20:15).

Required skills

• Base salary of ZAR 35,000‑40,000 per month.
