White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on recruiting lawyers for high‑value placements, working UK business hours and supporting a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct up to 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (approximately 1 hour).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, targeting deals between $25,000 and $100,000.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA and UK time zones.
