About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on high‑value lawyer placements, handling deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
Spend 5 hours each day on research and outreach activities.
Participate in 1 hour of daily training and meetings.
Recruit lawyers and manage the full placement cycle.
Achieve placement targets and contribute to team billing goals.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA/UK time zones.

10% commission on placements between $25k and $100k.
