White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers, working UK business hours and collaborating with top‑earning billers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
• Perform 5 hours of research and candidate outreach each day.
• Participate in 1 hour of training and internal meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of lawyer candidates and client relationships.
• Achieve placement deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
• Meet weekly targets within a 47.5‑hour work week.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• Willingness to work UK hours (10 am–8:15 pm) and occasional USA overlap.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a full workload independently.

Required skills

• Base salary of 35,000–40,000 ZAR per month.
