White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value roles, working UK business hours and supporting a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach (approximately 3.75 hours per day) to potential candidates.
• Perform research and outreach activities (around 5 hours daily) to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (about 1 hour per day).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, targeting deals between $25 k and $100 k.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k–$1 m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• Willingness and ability to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
