About the role
We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our legal recruitment team on a remote basis. You will work UK business hours, supporting high‑value lawyer placements and earning a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
- Perform 5 hours of research and outreach to identify qualified legal candidates.
- Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
- Manage a pipeline of $25,000‑$100,000 placement deals.
- Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
Required profile
- High level of drive and self‑motivation.
- Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
- Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of 35,000‑40,000 ZAR per month.
- 10% commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.
