White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on recruiting lawyers for high‑value placements, working UK business hours and supporting a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build and maintain a robust lawyer dataset.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyer placements ranging from $25k to $100k.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness and ability to work long hours covering partial USA and full UK business hours.

Required skills
