White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a driven White‑Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our legal recruitment team on a work‑from‑home basis. You will operate on UK business hours, supporting South African talent while targeting high‑value lawyer placements.

Key responsibilities

• Cover UK hours (10:00 AM‑8:15 PM) and manage a 47.5‑hour work week.
• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls daily to engage candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 million portfolios.
• Utilise a world‑class dataset of lawyers to source and place candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
