White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build and maintain a robust pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, for high‑value lawyer roles.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• Willingness and ability to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.

Required skills

• Base salary of ZAR 35,000‑40,000 per month.
