White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White‑Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals, working UK business hours and earning a base salary plus commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings and team collaboration.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for legal professionals, from sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 million accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working 47.5 hours per week on a remote basis.
