White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on high‑value lawyer placements, handling deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a robust pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyer placements, aiming for deals between $25k and $100k.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
• Ability to work 47.5 hours per week on a remote basis.
