White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Durban)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White‑Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team based in Durban. The role focuses on sourcing and placing senior lawyers for high‑value engagements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach (approximately 3.75 hours daily) to identify and engage potential legal candidates.
• Perform research and outreach activities (about 5 hours daily) to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (around 1 hour daily) to continuously improve recruitment techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact through placement and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 million portfolios and leverage a proprietary lawyer dataset.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or professional recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Strong drive and ability to work long hours, covering partial US business hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with high‑volume phone and email outreach.
