White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Durban)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely from Durban. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25k to $100k, supporting our fast‑growing legal recruitment practice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and outreach to qualified lawyers for placement opportunities.
• Conduct up to 3.75 hours of phone conversations daily with candidates and clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of $25k‑$100k deals and achieve monthly placement targets.
• Participate in daily training sessions and regular team meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
• Utilise the company’s extensive lawyer dataset to source top talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering partial USA business hours.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with a phone‑ and research‑intensive workload.

Required skills
