White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Durban)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from Durban. You will focus on placing senior legal professionals, operating primarily on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15 UK time) and covering partial US hours as needed. The role is full‑time, approximately 47.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Source, research and engage senior lawyers for high‑value placement opportunities.
• Conduct an average of 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily and 5 hours of research & outreach.
• Manage a pipeline of deals ranging from $25 k to $100 k.
• Achieve placement targets and earn a 10 % commission on successful deals.
• Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with top‑performing billers and leverage a premium lawyer dataset.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work long hours covering UK and partial US time zones.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with remote work.
