White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Durban)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. You will focus on recruiting lawyers for high‑value placements, working from home while supporting UK‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal talent.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings and coaching sessions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, targeting deals between $25k and $100k.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work partial USA hours (UK 10 am‑8:15 pm, adjusted for South Africa daylight saving).
