White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely from Cape Town. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25k to $100k, working UK business hours and supporting partial USA coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone outreach (approximately 3.75 hours) and research/outreach activities (about 5 hours).
• Participate in 1 hour of training and meetings each day.
• Manage a pipeline of lawyer candidates and client relationships to achieve placement targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 m portfolios.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of activities and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA time zones.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to a 47.5‑hour weekly schedule.

• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
