Wellness Coordinator

About the role

Startek is seeking a proactive Wellness Coordinator to design, deliver and manage wellness programmes for its client base. The role blends healthcare knowledge with event coordination to promote preventative health and employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage and execute wellness events and initiatives for assigned client groups.
• Partner with clients to understand their wellness objectives and align programmes with their strategy.
• Coordinate healthcare service providers such as nurses, dental and eye screening professionals.
• Ensure availability of resources, consumables, medical equipment and staffing for events.
• Manage on‑site wellness operations, monitor participation and enhance engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers and key stakeholders.
• Collect, report and ensure compliance of wellness event data.
• Oversee inventory, medical waste disposal and brief/debrief service providers.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in employee wellness and client relationship management.
• Proven experience coordinating wellness programmes and health‑promotion initiatives.
• Exposure to project management and event coordination is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects and priorities.
• Diploma in General Nursing and registration as a Nurse.
