Web Specialist

About the role

The Web Specialist will manage, optimise and support enterprise web platforms, focusing on the performance, accessibility and conversion of the MFC website. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality digital experiences that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update enterprise websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency and technical stability.
• Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush.
• Manage CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager, and oversee timely content publishing.
• Troubleshoot web‑related issues in collaboration with IT and development teams.
• Monitor MFC website traffic, conversion rates and user engagement; produce regular performance reports.
• Conduct accessibility, security and UX audits, recommending enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Define and manage web deliverables for campaigns, product launches and digital initiatives.
• Document web processes, standards and governance; support testing and QA for new features.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in web management or digital marketing within an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
