Translation & Localization Specialist

About the role

Veriforce is looking for a Translation & Localization Specialist to ensure multilingual content is accurate, consistent, and culturally appropriate across all communication channels and platform assets. You will coordinate localization requests, work with internal teams and external language partners, and maintain translation assets and terminology resources.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multilingual content requests from intake through delivery, defining project requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Manage vendor intake, quotes, and production schedules, tracking costs and ensuring on‑time delivery of translations.
• Prepare and format bulk translation keys and string files for platform emails and CRM communications, preserving placeholders and variables.
• Maintain centralized glossaries and terminology databases, performing linguistic and technical QA on localized content.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in translation coordination or localization project management.
• High proficiency in English; fluency or native‑level knowledge of French or another major language is an asset.
• Meticulous organizational skills with strong focus on data formatting, string management, and linguistic consistency.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between internal stakeholders and external translation vendors.
