Warranty Parts & Finance Controller

About the role

The Warranty Parts & Finance Controller will oversee warranty administration, parts inventory, and financial processes within an automotive dealership environment. This role combines analytical rigor with strong customer‑service focus to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with manufacturer policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process and administer warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Control parts inventory, perform stock reconciliation and manage parts reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Manage debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely settlements.
• Conduct warranty audits and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
• Analyse data to support decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, administrative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to accuracy and excellence in customer service.
• Dealership experience in warranty or parts management.
• National Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Warranty Administration Certificate (essential).
