About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Warm Leads Sales Agent to join our Durban‑based team. You will work with pre‑qualified prospects interested in Legal Cover, Gap Cover and Medical Insurance, turning their interest into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm leads – no cold calling required.
• Advise clients on Legal Cover, Gap Cover and Medical Insurance products.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of call‑centre sales or retention experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling Legal Cover, Gap Cover or Medical Insurance is a strong advantage.
• Resilient, customer‑focused and motivated to succeed.
