About the role
Clover Kimberly Distribution Branch is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for the night shift. You will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities during the overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the night‑shift warehouse team.
- Ensure all operational tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and housekeeping.
- Monitor compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Report performance metrics and any issues to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
