About the role
The Hinterland store is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse’s daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain high standards of inventory control and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse sales and ensure targets are met.
- Manage stock control processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance standards.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain productivity, profitability, and compliance with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Management or related field, or commitment to complete one.
- Proven experience in warehouse or retail management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management processes.
- Ability to manage employees and coordinate warehouse activities effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory and financial transactions.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
