Warehouse Manager (3PL & Replenishment)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially‑minded Warehouse Manager to lead the performance of our international 3PL network and drive strategic warehousing initiatives. The role blends day‑to‑day warehouse operations with data‑driven commercial analysis, supporting markets in the US, Canada, UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers across multiple regions and ensure SLA compliance.
• Analyse, cost and implement new 3PL partnerships in existing and emerging markets.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, storage layouts and picking processes across all warehouse locations.
• Coordinate annual stock counts, investigate variances and work with finance and auditors on reconciliations.
• Lead daily order fulfilment, selecting cost‑effective couriers and managing Amazon FBA/FBM, website and e‑commerce orders.
• Maintain working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Global Logistics and support replenishment planning for Amazon fulfilment centres.
• Develop annual warehouse forecasts for inbound/outbound volumes, storage needs and resource planning, including peak‑season forecasting.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, optimise inventory performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international warehouse and 3PL management.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
• Experience coordinating with finance, auditors and logistics partners.
