Warehouse Controller

About the role

The Warehouse Controller is responsible for implementing AB InBev safety standards, managing inventory and warehousing functions, and ensuring that customer service levels and productivity benchmarks are met.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with 5S standards and global policies across warehouse operations.
• Design and maintain management cycles, including business descriptions, SLAs, process maps, and KPI indicators.
• Develop, validate, and communicate SOPs to all warehouse staff.
• Use problem‑solving tools (5 WHY, PDCA, RACI, etc.) to create action plans that improve performance metrics.
• Monitor and report daily inventory counts, quality compliance, and obsolete product disposal.
• Manage VLC, ZBB and FLC budgets in line with annual targets.
• Track layout adherence and implement improvements for specific zones such as empties.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
• Experience in inventory control, budget management, and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to lead SOP development and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in using structured problem‑solving methodologies.
