About the role

As Le Parc prepares to open its doors in Mouille Point, we are assembling an enthusiastic opening team of waiters and waitresses. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering warm, intuitive service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and confidence.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring quality standards.
• Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Present bills accurately and process payments.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and wine menus.
• Recommend appropriate wine and beverage pairings.
• Ensure tables are beautifully presented and reset promptly.
• Support seamless communication between kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams.
• Prepare dining areas before service and keep stations stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and guest areas.
• Assist with hosting duties, including greeting and seating guests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high service standards.
