About the role

The Global Head of Marketing & Communications will shape AirlinePros' worldwide brand presence, drive customer engagement, and lead revenue‑generating marketing initiatives across international markets. This senior leader will report directly to Executive Leadership and operate on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy that enhances brand equity and market visibility.
• Lead brand management, public relations, thought‑leadership, and social‑media strategies to build a consistent global narrative.
• Conduct market research, identify emerging trends, and leverage analytics and digital platforms for innovative campaigns.
• Design and manage multi‑market campaigns, international events, conferences, and CSR initiatives.
• Mentor a diverse global MARCOM team and collaborate with regional offices to implement marketing plans.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, manage budgets, and provide actionable market insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within airline, aviation or travel sectors.
• Proven track record in global branding, campaign management and strategic leadership.
