VoIP Sales Consultant

About the role

RedBox Media is seeking motivated VoIP Sales Consultants to introduce businesses to its professional VoIP solutions. You will work independently to generate leads, present packages, and close sales, earning commission on each successful customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential business customers.
• Promote RedBox Media VoIP packages and services.
• Generate your own leads and sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Close sales and submit customer information for onboarding.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable speaking to businesses.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Good at communicating and building relationships.
• Comfortable with prospecting and sales.
• Able to work independently.
• Professional and reliable.
• Previous sales, telecommunications, IT, or business development experience is an advantage.
