Visual Commercial Supervisor

About the role

Zara is seeking a passionate, fashion‑forward, and commercially minded Visual Commercial Supervisor to drive the visual identity and commercial presentation of the store. The role ensures products are displayed in a visually compelling and commercially effective way, creating an engaging customer experience while supporting sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategies in line with the Product Manager and store management, keeping displays aligned with sales goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends and translate them into effective in‑store visual concepts.
• Maintain a strong store image through consistent visual merchandising execution and regular updates.
• Manage product quantities on the sales floor, ensuring displays meet commercial standards and rotate merchandise to optimise performance.
• Conduct daily checks of store furniture, mannequins and presentation standards, and open/close the store when managers are absent.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Proven fashion retail background with visual merchandising experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse sales and product performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to identify, forecast and implement fashion trends effectively.
