Virtual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Virtual Project Manager to lead the evolution of a fast‑growing digital academy that helps entrepreneurs build trade‑based businesses. Based in South Africa and working fully remotely, you will own the end‑to‑end development of the online learning platform and ensure a high‑impact experience for students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the virtual academy platform, from design to continuous improvement.
• Design and expand training programs for technicians and entrepreneurs across multiple service verticals.
• Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational staff.
• Drive enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows, and processes for market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning.
• Strong leadership ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in scaling digital education products.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to design structured processes and drive execution from concept to delivery.
