Virtual Assistant - Property Operations

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with global companies and offers full-time remote roles where candidates are hired directly into client teams. This is a remote position based in South Africa, working UK business hours, for a property conversion consultancy. The role bridges on-site contractors and the leadership team so that UK renovation projects stay on schedule and well documented. No construction experience is needed, as a six-week training handover is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administration of a custom site inspection app, audit AI-drafted reports and finalise project documentation.
• Coordinate live conversion projects by following up with contractors on progress, photos and key data.
• Act as main contact for UK utility and energy providers to arrange meter relocations and new connections.
• Facilitate client communication via WhatsApp and email, collecting authorisations and giving status updates.
• Maintain project paperwork such as valuation sheets, invoices and schedules of work using established templates.
• Keep the internal company knowledge base up to date and use it to solve problems before escalating to the Director.

Required profile

• Excellent English for frequent professional calls with UK clients and companies.
• Resident of South Africa with a stable internet connection and ability to work full UK business hours.
• Exceptional organisation, persistence and patience with administrative hurdles.
• Nice to have: property, construction or lettings experience, familiarity with UK administrative processes, and prior remote operations experience.
