Vice President of Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations will lead on‑site execution of technology and AI‑focused bench projects. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures operational excellence, aligns resources with client goals, and drives measurable outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site operations for assigned bench projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and workspace coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as primary liaison between client teams and on‑site personnel, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within technology or AI environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors on‑site.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in process optimization and risk mitigation.
• Experience working in a contractual or project‑based capacity.
