UX Architect – Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days office) in Cape Town

About the role

We are looking for a UX Architect to join our team in Woodstock, Cape Town. The role is hybrid, with two days remote and three days in our modern office. You will shape digital experiences that drive lead generation, customer engagement and conversion for premium travel and hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for websites and platforms, focusing on conversion and business impact.
• Develop AI‑ready content structures and interfaces for modern search, digital agents and discovery platforms.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and development teams to prototype, test and optimise designs.
• Analyse user behaviour and consumer psychology to create premium, intuitive journeys.
• Own design decisions and measure their effect on key commercial metrics.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio with before‑and‑after case studies demonstrating measurable business results.
• Proven experience in conversion‑focused design for lead generation and enquiry conversion.
• Understanding of AI’s impact on online search and digital discovery.
• Experience in luxury travel, premium consumer brands, hospitality, high‑end retail or complex e‑commerce environments.
• Results‑driven mindset with commercial accountability.
