Brand & Design Executive (Graphic Designer)

About the role

We are seeking a Brand & Design Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team in Cape Town. This hands‑on role offers high visibility and the chance to shape how the firm presents itself across markets, working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality proposals, bids, pitch decks and presentations.
• Create client‑facing and internal materials, reports, publications and marketing collateral.
• Develop and enhance templates and visual assets.
• Produce and edit video content for social media, campaigns and events.
• Support marketing campaigns across digital, social and internal channels.
• Design content for social media, websites and email.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Translate complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging designs.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of detail.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography and visual consistency.
• Proven track record producing business‑facing design and marketing materials.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with ownership mindset.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in professional services or B2B environments is a plus, as is familiarity with social media, digital content, video editing or motion graphics.
