About the role
FNB is looking for a Universal Advisor in Johannesburg to provide sales and service to walk-in and existing customers in a busy branch. The position is permanent and applications close on 23 October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Help walk-in and existing customers with banking products
- Direct customers to the right digital channels
- Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups
- Keep accurate customer records in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12 / NQF 4)
- NQF 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin or Customer Service (FAIS-recognised) preferred
- 1-3 years of sales or service experience
Required skills
- Understanding of FAIS and TCF principles
