UK Telesales Agent

About the role

A growing sales team based in Milnerton, Cape Town, is looking for experienced UK telesales agents. The position suits sales professionals with a proven track record in UK telesales campaigns who are target-driven and motivated by earning potential. It is a full-time Monday to Friday job, 10:00 to 19:00, with no weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to customers in the UK market
• Convert provided leads into sales
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Handle objections confidently and accurately capture customer and sales information
• Follow campaign processes, procedures and compliance requirements
• Take ownership of individual sales performance

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience on UK telesales campaigns (non-negotiable)
• Proven telesales ability and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner and strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Target-driven, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
