Treasury Manager

About the role

Tillo is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead its global cash operations as the company scales its fintech business. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal cash management, mitigating financial risk, and supporting corporate initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily global cash positioning across several legal entities and currencies.
• Optimise working capital by managing client floats and pre‑funded brand credit cycles.
• Build, maintain and stress‑test 13‑week and 12‑month rolling cash‑flow forecasts.
• Design and enforce treasury controls to track fund flows and segregate corporate liquidity from client cash.
• Own corporate credit facilities, managing drawdowns, utilisation and repayment schedules.
• Establish financial compliance frameworks, calculating leverage and liquidity ratios against internal and external benchmarks.
• Translate complex treasury and liquidity metrics into actionable insights for the Head of FP&A and the CFO.
• Serve as the lead super‑user for global corporate banking portals, overseeing permissions and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience in treasury management within a high‑growth fintech or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on expertise in cash operations and multi‑currency management.
• Track record of building robust forecasting models and implementing effective treasury controls.
• Familiarity with corporate credit facilities and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to present treasury insights to senior finance leadership.
