About the role

The Transition Planner will lead the operations and maintenance (O&M) transition and mobilization, oversee modernization projects, and manage the associated budget.

Key responsibilities

Lead O&M transition and mobilization activities.
Oversee modernization projects from planning through execution.
Control and monitor the mobilization budget.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or advanced planning scheduling credentials (e.g., Primavera P6 certification).
More than 3 years of demonstrable planning experience on construction, services, or upgrade projects.
Fluent in English.

Required skills

Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2).
Primavera P6 certification.
