About the role
A prestigious law firm in Sandton is seeking a Transfers Secretary to join its team. The role focuses on handling transfer-related tasks for the firm’s clients, requiring familiarity with ABSA banking processes and the HelpUSell platform.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage transfer documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with ABSA bank to facilitate client transactions.
- Utilise the ABSA HelpUSell system for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all transfer activities.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- 3‑5 years of experience in transfers administration.
- Demonstrated experience working with ABSA bank.
- Proficiency with the ABSA HelpUSell platform.
- Residence in the Sandton area.
