About the role
Join a leading financial services brand as a Transactional Banker focused on external sales. You will work in the field, meeting clients face‑to‑face to open new accounts, drive deposits and cross‑sell a range of financial products. This role offers a dynamic environment where relationship building directly impacts client success and your own earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Engage clients directly to promote and open new bank accounts.
- Drive deposit growth and cross‑sell loans, funeral cover, and credit life insurance.
- Provide compliant financial advice in line with FAIS regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing the brand professionally.
- Achieve sales and performance targets without compromising service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of face‑to‑face sales experience in banking or insurance.
- Completed NQF Level 5 qualification in Banking or Wealth Management, or a degree recognised by the FSCA.
- Experience providing advice for Category 1.22; accreditation for Categories 1.17, 1.18 and 1.22 is preferred.
- Energetic, target‑driven and passionate about client engagement.
