Transaction Specialist – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

This remote position supports eXp Realty’s virtual office by managing the flow of real‑estate transaction documentation between agents, brokers and external parties. The specialist ensures every deal file is accurate, complete and processed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation flow from office to agents and other real‑estate entities.
• Search listing files, review and upload transaction documents.
• Enter data and updates into the designated transaction platforms.
• Follow up with agents for missing items and confirm commission details.
• Generate weekly/monthly contract reports, flash reports and MIS dashboards.
• Send transaction documents to lawyers or officials as required.
• Track closings, monitor outstanding cheques and report issues to agents and managing brokers.
• Provide training on the local transaction platform and assist with the monthly newsletter.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real‑estate experience.
• At least 1 year of back‑office real‑estate transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to work under time constraints.
• Dependable, trustworthy and capable of building relationships with agents, notaries and brokers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
