About the role
Teleperformance is seeking an enthusiastic Training Manager to join its Learning & Development team in Cape Town. You will work closely with Operations and senior managers to improve business performance through effective training, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all product, process, system and compliance training requirements are met.
- Design, develop and deliver operational training materials for new hires, existing staff and managers.
- Manage the overall training process for the Business Unit, establishing best‑practice programs and measurement criteria.
- Collaborate with People Development to roll out development programmes across the unit.
- Monitor training effectiveness, identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented, efficient and conscientious professional.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations, senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
