About the role
Supreme Processing (Pty) Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Training & Development Officer to join its Human Resources team at the Germiston site. The role focuses on building the capabilities of the workforce to meet operational, compliance, food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse skills requirements across the organisation.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps.
- Coordinate and implement training interventions.
- Review and update training and digital learning content.
- Ensure employees have the knowledge and skills required for operational, compliance, food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing or food‑processing environment.
