Training and Development Lead

About the role

Tiko is seeking a Training and Development Lead to design and deliver curriculum that empowers both rural mobilisers and corporate executives across its African operations. You will translate complex program goals into modular, digital‑forward training that is culturally resonant and effective in both urban and remote settings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and package technical training content into modular, scalable curricula for all Tiko markets.
• Maintain high standards and consistency across curricula while adapting to local cultural contexts.
• Transform programmatic goals into bite‑sized, digital‑forward training modules.
• Support the migration of learning assets to modern digital platforms.

Required profile

• Based in South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, or Nigeria.
• Experience in curriculum design and training development for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and local teams.
