Training Administrator

About the role

The Training Administrator will act as the first point of contact for all training‑related enquiries, ensuring smooth administration of training programmes within an aviation environment. You will support the training team by managing documentation, stock, and logistical arrangements while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve day‑to‑day training queries and forward unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Monitor training stock and stationery levels, initiating orders when required.
• Assist with ordering, printing, and distribution of training manuals and other materials.
• Compile trainee folders, print training documentation, and keep records up to date in line with legislation.
• Maintain an organised, user‑friendly filing system for easy reference.
• Prepare correspondence, handle mail, and distribute minutes and reports as needed.
• Book venues and meeting rooms on request.
• Submit expense and travel claims on behalf of team members.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 1‑2 years of administration experience.
• Experience in the aviation industry is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and the capacity to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
