About the role
GLOBAL DIRECT BENONI is seeking energetic matriculants to join its sales team as a Trainee Sales Agent. This full‑time position offers a gateway into sales and leadership through a structured Franchise Development programme.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in the Franchise Development programme to build sales and leadership skills.
- Assist with product presentations and promote the company’s portfolio.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals.
Required profile
- Completed Matric with at least a 50% average (NQF Level 4).
- South African ID number.
- No prior work experience required.
