Trainee Regional People Partner

About the role

This is a learning and development opportunity designed to give a trainee comprehensive exposure to the future Regional People Partner role. You will work closely with the Regional People Partner, supporting HR operational delivery and gaining insight into strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional People Partner in day‑to‑day HR operational tasks.
• Support practice management and delivery of HR services to the assigned division.
• Help coordinate communication between business leadership, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the People agenda aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in projects related to HR succession planning and capability building.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data and reports.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player capable of collaborating with multiple business functions.
