About the role
JAM is seeking an energetic Trainee Manager to join its team in Port Shepstone, KwaZulu‑Natal. This entry‑level management role offers the chance to develop retail leadership skills while supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day store activities.
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
- Maintain world‑class standards for store presentation and hygiene.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
